Scopus is a large database of abstracts and citations of peer-reviewed studies The Scopus database includes more than 70 million publications from a wide range of disciplines. Scopus is used by researchers to find relevant literature, track citations to their work, and assess the impact of their research. It is also used by institutions to evaluate the research performance of faculty members and by funding agencies to assess the quality of research proposals. Some of the key features of Scopus include comprehensive coverage that includes a wide range of disciplines and publication types, author profiles that provide a list of publications, citation counts, and h-index scores, citation tracking to see who is citing a researcher’s work, and impact analysis tools to assess the impact of a study.
