Advertising Policy

IAES Journals uphold ethical publishing standards and transparency in all aspects of scholarly communication, including advertising. The following policy governs the acceptance, display, and management of advertisements across IAES journal platforms aligned with best practices (such as COPE, DOAJ, and WAME guidelines).

Editorial Independence

All advertising content is independent of editorial decisions. IAES maintains a strict separation between advertising and peer-reviewed content. Advertisements will not influence editorial processes, manuscript decisions, or the scientific integrity of published articles.

Acceptable Advertising

IAES may accept advertisements that are relevant to the academic, scientific, and professional interests of our readers. These may include:

  • Calls for papers and academic conferences
  • Scholarly books, journals, and publishing services
  • Research software, academic tools, or educational platforms
  • Employment and research funding opportunities in academia

All advertising must be legal, accurate, and non-deceptive.

Prohibited Advertising

IAES does not accept advertising related to:

  • Tobacco, alcohol, or recreational drugs
  • Weapons, gambling, or adult content
  • Political campaigns or religious promotions
  • Misleading health claims or pseudoscience
  • Any product or service that violates ethical or legal standards

Placement and Labelling

Advertisements will be marked and visually separated from editorial content. Ads will never be placed within or adjacent to articles in a way that may confuse readers regarding the origin or endorsement of the content.

Review and Approval

All advertisements are subject to review and approval by IAES editorial management. IAES reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that does not align with its mission, values, or ethical standards.

Complaints and Revisions

Complaints or concerns about advertising can be submitted via the journal’s contact form or editorial office. IAES will respond promptly and may revise or remove advertising as necessary to maintain compliance with its policies.
