Türkiye Scholarship 2025: FULLY FUNDED S1, S2, and S3

The Turkish government, through its fully funded Türkiye Scholarships programme, provides opportunities for international applicants (including Indonesians) to pursue undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate studies at Turkish universities. These scholarships are available for various majors and fields of study.

Study Programme and Language

In the Türkiye Scholarship, with the scholarship online application form, applicants can also apply directly to the university of their interest. So that when the applicant is awarded the scholarship, he or she will automatically be accepted at a university in Turkey.

There is a wide selection of study programs for bachelor’s degrees, such as engineering, social sciences, health sciences, etc. For master’s and PhD. level, study programs such as social sciences, humanities, natural sciences, engineering, etc., are available (except for health). Lectures are generally conducted in Turkish. However, there are also study programs that use English, French, or Arabic as the language of instruction. Before applying for a scholarship, applicants should check which language will be used in the study program they are applying for. In addition, applicants will receive a FREE Turkish language course for one year prior to the program.

Program Duration

  1. Undergraduate Program: 4 to 6 years (depending on the duration of each study program) + 1 year of Turkish language course.
  2. Master’s Program: 2 years + 1 year of Turkish language course.
  3. PhD Program: 4 years + 1 year of Turkish language course.

Program Facilities

  1. Free tuition fees until graduation.
  2. Monthly allowance of 3500 TL (Turkish Lira) for undergraduate students, 5000 TL for master’s students, and 6500 TL for doctoral students.
  3. Accommodation or Residence.
  4. Health Insurance.
  5. Round-trip travel expenses (Indonesia-Turkey) at the beginning and end of the study period.
  6. Free Turkish language course for one year before classes start.
  7. Social and cultural activities.
  8. Turkish alumni network.

Program Requirements

  1. Citizens other than Turkish.
  2. Not registered as a student at a Turkish university in the applied study level.
  3. Have completed high school/vocational school/equivalent education, undergraduate or graduate studies before August 2024. For applicants in the 12th grade of high school/vocational school/equivalent, or students who will graduate before August 2024, you are invited to apply.
  4. Age no more than 21 years for applicants of the undergraduate program, a maximum of 30 years for applicants of the master’s program, and 35 years for applicants of the doctoral program.
  5. The minimum average score is 70 (or an academic achievement of at least 70%) for undergraduate scholarship applicants, 75 (or an academic achievement of 75%) for master’s and doctoral scholarship applicants, and 90 (or an academic achievement of at least 90%) for applicants to the Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy Programs.
  6. Applicants are not required to speak Turkish. Because they will receive a free Turkish language course program before the classes start.
